Oregon Bill targets fears that food stamp money is used for marijuana considers ban on EBT cards at pot shops. Yes, pot shops are accepting EBT cards, and some are even issuing coupons for free pot when people buy more than a certain amount . But this bill would ban these businesses from accepting them at all . Yes, this bill would make it illegal to even sell any form of cannabis or to provide it to anyone under the age of 65 without a prescription . Yes, it would also prohibit the use of EBT cards for " any use other than food stamps." Yes , it would be a felony for anyone to sell, distribute, transfer, or give marijuana to anyone under 65 .

Oregon Grey Panther Party (OGPP) comments that this Bill is long overdue and would protect a growing number of Oregonians from the drug cartels that control their marijuana sales . The bill would prevent any new drug stores , dispensaries , or other commercial entities from being established in Oregon without firm approval of "OGPP" . Yes , the bill would prohibit anyone trying to remove the "OGPP" approval endorsement. It's important that you contact OGPP and demand their immediate withdrawal of their endorsement of this dangerous bill, which puts Oregonians at risk of drug cartels using their " OGPP insiders" and/ or the police to take their business away.

OGGP, who are they and why haven't we heard of them before or have we ?
