Outdoor Autoflower Grow. Week 3 Pre Flower?

First time grower!

Popped these girls in the soil on 11/21/24 and they sprouted on 11/23/24. It’s been 3 weeks since I planted them and I think they are showing signs of pre flower? They are also shorter than a butter knife lol. The only “feeding” they got was about 4 days ago when I used water from my dirty fish tank. I also think I stressed them by over watering in the beginning but I’m not too sure. I read on here that they will possibly double to triple in size during the flowering stage so I’m optimistic cause right now they’re shorter than a butter knife lol. Seeds from NASC White Label Girl Scout Cookies Auto and Durban Poison Auto and Royal Queen Seeds Northern Lights Auto. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Edit* They also only get about 7-8 hours of direct sunlight. Growing in the beautiful outdoors of Hawaii. Temperatures don’t get cold maybe around 72F at night and 85 during the day and humidity at around 60 average during daytime and highs of 80 at night.

Awww man lucky you. Well i can't see any real preflower yet just perhaps showing sex. Autos are so finicky. Try and let them dry out before the next watering. They just love heat and sun. If they do start to flower, making tiny budlets not much you can do they beat to their own internal drummer. They will stretch more. I won't run autos outdoors unless i start them indoors first under long hrs. of lights then place them out where they can get 8-10hrs of direct sun no shade. They are just too tempermental, fella i would go with photoperiods try those once.

What’s up brotha, thanks for the feedback! I watered them about 2 days ago cause they the pot was light and the top inches of the soil were very dry. I just started LST today and pruned some of the lower fan leaves. I’m only trying autos outdoor because I don’t feel like paying extra for electric each month hahaha but that’s just cheap ol me. I do have 5 photoperiods running outside right now that have been transplanted into 5 gallon pots after 3 weeks in 4 inch pots.
