From the start to tell you the truth the only reason I put the sides up in the beginning my neighbor called the police on me and they told me I had to contain it

I’m surprised you haven’t had a few encounters with them! The way you prowl around all night! I guess they expect it at a golf course.

I finished my prepping of the garden. Scooped out half the acursed dirt and sprayed the remainer with almost all the bio fungicide I had left. Smelled awful. Hopefully those tiny buggers will eat the fungi. Oh, I watered everything so they wouldn't dry up and die.

Then I emptied all my used potting soil on top of the dirt. Three of the boxes I mixed. Then I got tired. The rest I just dumped on top, and then watered so it wouldn't blow away. Looks good, but sterile. I found 2 worms total in all 12 boxes. Not good.

I'm done with it for this year. Rain is coming this weekend, then the temps are dropping into the 50s for highs and close to 30 for lows. I still have to clean up the flower bed. Ugh.

Accursed dirt! Ha ha ha! That sounds quite a bit more serious than, bad dirt! Or troublesome dirt! Sounds like it’s become kind of personal!

The police were even over there this year and the police told him to mine his own business as I was 10 ft in the air tying branches

The police know me very well one Sunday morning I was driving down 11 mile and found a crate of Amazon packages in the middle of the road

To make a long story short I called the police to come and pick the packages up

The other neighbors are our age and mind their own business.

YES!!!
But honestly, the plants seemed to do fine growing and all, and if we would have had 'normal' weather it probably would have worked out fine. I can't take that chance next year. Who knows how many times (years) I've got left to do this.

2 days of working out there and all my muscles are screaming at me. Just like in the Spring. LOL

Ever since my neighbor's mom passed away she lived with them bipolar too both it's been crazy over there

She passed away about 6 years ago

To make a long story short me and my youngest son we're off to lunch and my wife called me crying said my neighbor said he was going to take the leaf blower and bang it over her head

Well that ended lunch so I got home tried to calm the situation but instead my neighbor decided to throw some Shadow boxing

I looked him up in the eyes and told him I'd put a bullet between his

Long story short five cop cars came and I used stand your ground laws I told the cops if he would have stepped on my property I would have put a bullet in his head

Cops told me I would have had every right

Well we don't speak anymore no love lost there

I know hubby is sorry, but I had to show him that good dirt is loose, friable and this stuff just isn't.
It's probably meant for lawns or fill. Don't know, dont care. Just have to do something.
The thing with the 20 gallon pots is... It's going to cost a bundle to fill 12 of them.

Then again, the govt. is sending me retirement money every month......

and I hear they're going to give us a raise next year!

Already topped it once going to do this one with at least three toppings since it's the only plant in the grow room

Well we had a little bit of rain around here almost 3 in I've been covered for over 24 hours hopefully I get uncovered today

Survived another night in Michigan purple ghost is like a tank think the only thing will kill this is frost

Enclosure is doing good too but definitely have to keep an eye on the temperature I'll get the barbecue in here if I have too

And some of my latest plants taken this morning it’s getting pretty cold here but we have some warmer days coming in 2-3 days. I’m hoping that the trichs will plump up then these are very hardy plants that have survived 2 frosts so far
