Outdoor plants are bright green

Most of my outdoor plants are turning bright green. I have them in lush soil and I ph the water between 5.8 and 6.3. Any ideas guys? Looks like a nitrogen deficiency but I think I’m wrong.

I would say they are turning a more yellowish

I think you may be right about this. I only fertilized twice and it was with free samples once during veg and once around week 2 of flower. Do you think if I go out there and fertilize with pk it will help or is it too late in season
