Outdoor plants with late start? I started a seed in late June popped on July 2 and it’s Don Carlos from humbolt seed so I couldn’t resist popping one

My question I with the plant stre h and flower like clones do? I k is she won’t be huge but she has a some size for 2 month veg all other plant in preflower she still growing? Will she start to flower ok. And just stretch a bit and fill out as a small plant? Or will have to cover her up u til he’s done and it gets cold in New Jersey late October November. And help would be great appreciated
