Outdoor winter grow ... Call me crazy

Ok call me crazy but I'm going to attempt a outdoor grow in winter in Hobart Tasmania . Hot house almost finished and we are expecting a warm winter by the long rand forecast so I'm going to through all caution to the wind and have a crack out for the first evening and day are the big bubba slush after reveg it's all guns blazing ..

A friend of mine used to grow outdoors in winter, at 34.7N lat. The plants would get singed by cold, but he'd get buds he wouldn't have gotten if he didn't do it.

Added a few more this morning while the weather is warm and I've got a little time to get them potted up I just used last season's pots turned out some of my chooks compost or black lightning as we call it at One drops . I'm going to do this ..... leaf temp at 7 am was 12 degrees C . Spent there first full night out not a bad outing to begin my crazy winter grow opp

Been doing some temp gun taking and quiet happy with what has been going down in my part of town . 4pm and sun just leaving the hot house that's not bad it hit the hot house at 7 am , so it's all up to the weed God's now I've given the plants a great start . It's up to them now .

No im thinking what these plants are going to do when light decreases. growth will stop and they go dormant till spring...i was thinking bout media that can b used to insulate the roots and cold damp room that will invite algae and mold...are you going to use lights or anything od..

No light max just the sun I'm in a lucky spot mate I get the sun all day on the spot from 7 ish till 4.30 5 at the mo if you look at the pics if my light metre it's plenty good I'm not going for saleable weed bro just grow some buds in a the hot house stay nice n warm 27.6 in there today mate just keep a eye on this old od you'll be surprised don't forget skunk weed comes from the cold mountains mould is easy using Sleeps with the Fishezzz and go roots use all last season's mix with chook compost added and clay balls for drainage . Giddy up here I come

I'd say August early Oct oh we had the Jerry over here last week with that north west breeze you can keep it up there please .

Temps at 4am this morning on the leaf wall 2 to 3 degrees warmer still got a nice morning sun up soon then it all hot house go . Od
