Over amending organic living soil

So I’ve read a few debates in if you can over amend organic soil and would like to know the opinions of other farmers. The debate being the plant only gets what it actually needs from the micro herd. I’m pretty new to this but I’d rather be on the safe side of slow and low amendments. It’s not like we have much of a choice in Organics anyways. What do you guys think?

of course you can ,it is no difrent from your bottle nutes,hot is hot and when you get down to it,most amends that some feel do this are that ,if you look into nutrients you find the numbers the same,you have 3 types,slow ,med fast acting amends .

Pretty interesting numbers on that list. I’m cooking some soil right now so hopefully it’s not too hot by the time I need it. You happen to have a list of the slow, med, and fast? Or is it more like teas for th fast and top dressing for the slow?
