Pacific west coast growing tips ?

Hey! I’m just wondering if these plants look ok ? First time growing outside ( not the sunniest place on the bc north coast ) these are two months ????! It’s my moms garden and the soil is very rich ( lots of tilled in compost annually/ seaweed

they just looks small to me ?
