No way to tell until you recalibrate it. I may be spot on but it also may be somewhat off.

Just redo it unless it was a one time use packet. Can't tell you if doing it in reverse matters or not. Instructions usually tell you to do the 7 first everytime ive seen them. Might be for a reason but IDK.

7.0 is the neutral buffer, you have to use it first, my Apera meter displays and error code if I don't start calibration with 7.0; this article explain more, best wishes!
