I still use my 7 year old 600 watt blurple in my seedling tent. Still works like a champ.
Having ventilation is a must. Circulation with a fan, and ventilation through a filter.

I'm from the USA.
The best grow tip I know of, is during the last 30 minutes before lights go off in veg and flower, crank the heat up to over 95 within your grow area for that 30 minutes, and you'll never have to deal with PM again.

This is not good advice, in late flower you could burst all your trichome heads open going above 82°f and the warmer the tent is at night the more water you plants transpire thru there leaves which can lead to powdery mildew!.

You cannot ruin trichome heads with heat. We got over 100 degrees Fahrenheit for 33 days straight here last summer and If anything, the excess heat produces more trichomes, since ya know, it's the plants defense against the heat/weather... Who said anything about the tent being warm at night? Idk WTF your talking about or to who. If your worried about going from 95 to 75, then run the 30 minutes and leave 15 extra minutes before lights go off to let the temps normalize before nights out so you don't have that swing. Easy

Adding sugars does nothing if you don't have the biology present to break them down properly.

Silica can help with heat stress, the right air exchange is 3-4 times passive intake larger then then the exhaust opening. For a 4x4 around 6 ft tall the base CFM required for just the tent size is around 100 cfm. Must also factor in duct length, bends, light stress and so on.
