Hey not sure about the light distance in flower with the photobio phantom mx 680w. I have it at 21 inches at the moment in early flower. I only have a lux meter at the moment. If anybody has this light and could show pictures of there grow and how far of a distance they used that'd help alot. I got a pound and a half off my mars hydro grow and put two tsw 2000s at 16 inches at 65k Lux. Pics are from my last grow.

I been wondering same thing lol! I’m running 4 680w MX in 10x10 with 6ft ceiling. I had up as far as possible for a week of veg then up until day 21 of flower then I dropped them down quite a bit about 8-12 inches from canopy. And at 100% Every where I been reading and asking says they should be further away and dim light intensity. So definitely overthinking it lol 😂 but here’s progress photos last couple are at day 26

I did 14 inches and one fox tailed so I'm thinking 16 inches is right.

Did you guys ever get your PhotoBio’s dialed in? I have only been growing indoors a little over a year and also just recently made the switch to 100% LED and chucked all my HPS gear. On my last grow I did 2 HPS and 2 PhotoBio’s not knowing any better and that was pretty much a disaster mainly because of the different environments needed for each type of light. But now that I’m 100% LED I am getting some stretch that is completely screwing my whole grow up and the old school guy that helps me on another Forum just keeps telling me to lower the lights more. As you will see in the pics I am 6 inches off some of the tops and the plants are still going to outgrow the room at this point. I’m guessing that since it’s LED I need to raise the light and lower the intensity but I have to seriously get this stretch slowed down or hopefully halted or chances are I will have to start over I guess. These pics are from day 10 and all the plants went in 12-16 inches tall. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
I currently run the following:

Coco DTW

My nutrients are the recipe from Bill Farthing

Power Si
Jacks 3-2-1
Fulvic Acid
Drip Clean

I have 3 PhotoBio’s and 1 Growers Choice E720

My EC is currently going in at 2.2 and is 2.0 in the runoff.

Ph is 5.6 going in and 5.8 in the runoff.

Temp is currently 83.3F Day and 77.1F Night

Rh is 71.2% Day and I do my best to get to 60% at night but normally only get to around 65% until I get my second Dehuey back from the drying room in a couple more days.

CO2 is set at 1440

I think that’s about it so here goes on my embarrassing stretch photos.

The last 2 are day 1. The second photo is the same strain and yet the plants in the front of the tray under the same light did not stretch like Gumby on Crack! I know these are already screwed up but anything that you guys can think of to help slow the stretch this time as well as how to not repeat this disaster on my next grow would be greatly appreciated.

Peace out,

LJ

Power up the lights or you'll get lanky weak stems that can't hold themselves later. Stong light makes the plant more branchy, wide, and strong. I'm not really sure what you're trying to fo but you could have flipped these weeks ago when the canopy was already full...?

they definitely should have been flipped sooner but as I said I’m kind of new at this and I cut the clones the day 1 of flip last time so they got way too big yes. Just to flip them the day I did I had to pull the previous crop 6 days early. I have since started growing moms so that I can cut clones for the next run about 3-4 weeks into the current flower cycle. However I have never seen a plant stretch 24+ inches in 10 days. The lights have been set at 100% and the height that gave the plants 1000 UMOLs in the beginning and now they are over 1200 UMOLs and didn’t show a sign of slowing down until I purposely stunted them by stripping a large percentage of their leaves.

Peace out,

LJ
