Pink/purple pistils and when to harvest

How do I know (besides checking trichomes) when to harvest a plant w pink/purple pistils?? I know I’d usually be looking for them to turn orange/brown and curl in, but what about here?? I’m about 7 weeks flowering, and don’t have a scope to check triches. Leaves are Definately starting to yellow, and buds are getting fat. Thx

You do not chop by pistols you chop by trichome, get a good mag glass or loupe.

Sorry, 10 days before you chop flush the bloom nutes out with cold water it will help your pistols turn, if it needs a drink before chop use cold water for above stated reason, good luck.

I'm almost blind so I can't check trics and in my opinion it's not necessary to do so. When the calexs swell and suddenly the terps are stronger than ever-its time.
