pistils dont turn to buds

i grow micro a white widow in small pot some pistils turn to buds and others dont grow at all , i feed the plant organically with dry organic ferilizer and light 200 cfl in two square feet with other micro plant

It’s still early. They are developing and over the next few weeks you’ll see them plump up and look more like you’re expecting. That’s also not a very powerful light so don’t expect too much. Looking good so far tho. Just don’t overdo the ferts.

thanks just the difference between the growing pistils make me confused , i said maybe on up are more exposed to light , and i didnt do LSD training so its little hidden some pistils , some leaves start falling on the bottom its not early for that in flowering stage , thank you
