When leaves lose moisture, they turn brown. The tips of the leaves begin to darken as they dry up and become crispy. Something is preventing your plants from receiving moisture adequately if you detect leaf browning. I hope you can be able to salvage those plants today.
That seems like it's affecting the growing points and not the lower parts of the plant. Is your pH off? I'm guessing it's one of the more obscure micronutrients. Adjusting pH often fixes the problem.
