Plant is around 3 weeks old and it's newer growth is slightly yellow

I'm new to growing but anyways this plant is around 3 weeks old and it's newer growth is slightly yellow is this normal in growing in coco and soil mixed water ph is 6.1 and I feed every other watering any advice would be greatly appreciated
