Plants looking weird, leaves dying

Not sure what’s going on...

Have these outdoor plants, they were fine, but have been seeing yellowing of the leaves and some strange colors, with burned tips.. a couple look like they are just fried.

Need some help here, I have tried Epsom salts, thought it may be mag... been top dressing a 2-5-0 and kelp as well as dr earth bloom...
