Please help can’t get temps down!!

I am going into week 8 and the temps over night get down to 74 and during the day it gets up to 88-89. I have a 6in ventilation fan with filter and also have a 6” in-line fan feeding into the tent. The basement doesn’t get above 55* so I thought the in-line fan would keep it cool enough, but it’s not. I also have 3 monkey fans in the corners and an oscillating fan in the middle on the root zone. I also have a exhale co2 bag in the middle of the tent.
