powdery mildew or milk spray residue ?

so i had what i thought was mold a few weeks ago , so i read online that a 600ml of milk to 400 ml of water would fight and kill mold/mildew . so i did it and i believe it worked i have sprayed it 2 times . they look fine until it rains it rained last night and today they look like this is this mold or milk residue i have also sprayed them with safer bt to control caterpillars

Mine look about the same, I sprayed with 40/60 milk twice. Now the white is very noticeable again, and I was asking myself (and goggle) if it was milk residue or mildew. I'm going to spray again tomorrow morning to be safe, but I wish I knew. Any experts out there care to comment on these photos?

i think it might be residue the only problem is added more moisture to get it off is gonna cause more mildew/mold , i just gave up on outside grows every time i would get mold and mildew no matter have no mold at all on my inside grows . what is funny to me was it only got the cannabis plants and no other plant around . it might be better to buy something made for mold for plants with mildew or mold

Try baking soda ,1 tbsp per liter with a few drops dish soap,on a few of the worst leaves,you can use a sponge and wipe them.
