Im confused, I cant wrap my head about this measurememt, how to measure, what level it shoulf be, how do I test the water, is it the run off?

Need to understand it and being thick doesnt help lol, please could.someone explain the testing etc process and how to use the gadget, it just won't sink in!!!

I'm sure someone will be around to help out soon, may help to post what meter you are using also.
All I ever use now is TDS and pH pen, once had a better set up but this works for now.
