preharvest question?

ok i was just days away from cutting my crop and was waiting for the trichomes to turn mostly amber and i checked my cole train plant only to discover that some of the buds feel dry almost crumbly.the temps have been steady at 75* but i have had to kick the heat on the past couple of nights to keep temps up could this be the reason for my dry buds or do you think i could have missed my peak harvest time,i have been checking the trichomes everyday and its only 9 weeks and two days into flowering...

what do the trichs look like? what do your leafs look like? can you post some pics?

trichomes are amber some cloudy but what concerns me is how dry the buds are.i`ll post some picks after i harvest cut the lights off at 4:30pm today so tomarrow i`ll cut her down.

no nutes- shit starts dyin.

what are your humidity levels??? how are they when the lights are off? are the nugs dense??? have you thought about manually applying water (foliar drench) assuming they arent rock tight and give you mold.....
