Some yellowing (chlorosis) is normal. The plant is moving nutrients from the older leaves to the flowers. Reproduction is their priority.

I can't see the leaf with the spots well enough to do more than guess it could be due to calcium deficiency.

Pretty normal and probably nothing to worry about.

About a week or so to go

Sativa leaner so several weeks to go but take a close look at all the brown leaves. That's from growing in coco and due to work getting in the way I'm only able to water (fertigate) once to twice a day when 3-5 x's is ideal. Coco dries out quick which effects the lower leaves. It's really not a big deal and the flowers will be just fine.

It could be nothing (or something else entirely) but it looks like it could be septoria. A fungal infection that eventually kills the plants. It can be treated and addressed.

It is normal for the leaves to lighten and yellow in flower, but the spots, with brown dots in them, make me suspicious.

Septoria info

Based on these new pics, it looks like it could be mag deficit, but it would be very slight. Over watering slightly? Too much calcium or potassium will also interfere with mag uptake, or cooler temps can slow it down. The tips are turning down and yellowing, while the edges and interveinal space is lightening.

You could try a 2% solution of Epsom salt in a hand sprayer and try a foliar spray on one plant. If it improves, that's your culprit. If no change or keeps progressing, try something else, like less water, more heat, etc. Again I think its very slight, if it is a nute problem so adjust slowly and very slightly. In the past I've done more harm that good trying to 'fix' little things.
If it's processing this slowly, I now doubt it's septoria or the plants would be looking pretty rough by now.

shooter my boy thank you .... past years i had done a thread again same problem with leaves and another member of the forum told me to try epsom salts i ll give it a shot and see but girls seem to me stressed kind of i gave them a good amount of cal mag 2ml per liter and b 52 and bud factor x ..i think my problem is that i still cant regulate the light correctly .. i am saying this because when i am pumping 5 or 10% from dimmer girls immediatly react and the edges of the leafs turning down
