Pruning above 6th node???? Did i hurt her?

Question: Is it a bad idea to prune above the 6th node.This girl is 26 days old from seed and I just couldn't resist toping her but now I kinda am having mixed feelings about it. Does anyone think I may have hurt her. My 3rd grow and I have always pruned at above the 4th node. Maybe I'm over analyzing please tell me what you think.

I would have topped at 4, but its okay. Just have more junk at the bottom to clean up.
