Hello my friends , I got a question , when purchasing from the seed store with a visa , do you have to call the bank and authorize a international purchase , like ETHO GENETICS ?

so a I did when I ordered from Ethos , I had to call my visa and tell them I'm authorizing a international charge , right ? again , thanks !
