pure power plant

hi i know dutch passion bred the first "power plant" but who bred the first "pure" power plant. was it nirvana, or some of the dutch commercial growers.
someone told me PPP was pure power plant inbred to itself, IBL. is this true. and also who do you think does the best PPP. any info would be great. thanks:confused0054:

I use to have a cut of PPP from Nirvana. It was a true one hitter quitter. 2 hits of that stuff and I could barely walk. The other 4 pheno's weren't all that great. I wish I still had that PPP cut. I trashed it because it grew funky, before I even tried the bud from it. I ended up keeping the less potent one's. Ended up trashing those too.
