If I'm Canadian but living in Arizona and can provide proof of a condition from my doctors, what kind of residency requirements are needed? I live between Canada and Arizona. I appreciate any assitance from people who know, Thanks.

Take your doctors REC down to a certification doctor and get your card... That is what I would Do..

I think if you have a state drivers license or id that would be all you would need. Without that i'm not sure. You could just go to the azdhs website and ask through their live chat.
