Question about my CMH lighting in 4x4 tent

I have a 4x4 tent that Im running this CMH lighting in currently. All of my other tents are LED but I wanted to give this a go. The light has settings of 240W, 480W, 640W, and “Super Lumen” I currently am running the tent on the 480W setting, just flipped to 12/12 today. Wondering if I should stay at 480W or if it’s safe to bump to 640W in a 4x4? Pretty well ventilated. (Wanted to let these get bigger before flower but my stash is going dry lol)

bump it if you can... just watch temps, and for the leaves folding in on themselves from light being too close... and ive only seen 315 that can flip to 630 watts... what light/ballast are you running?

It might be 630 not 640, I didn’t want to go in there and look rn in the dark lol
