I've heard that Hermie's only produce females seed..is this true..and if so do plants pollinated by them do this as well

Yes the pollen from hermies can and is used to pollinate other female plants to produce 99% feminized seeds. Seeds from a hermie that pollinated itself are 90% hermies. I hope that answers your question.
