Quick diagnose my plants (Balcony Grow)

Hello guys,

I was thinking about growing on my balcony since it does get a lot of sun, but before moving my plants I noticed my other regular plants do show some pest problems (I think).

I'm not very experienced and I was looking up images online and the closest resemblance seems to be thrip damage.

What do you guys think?

Is it legal to grow outdoors where you live? Cause that plant is gonna stink up your entire neighborhood.

No, but its a large family farm so I doubt one plant or two gonna make a difference. Thanks for the heads up tho!

It's easy to get pests outdoors, but if you have enough sun and won't end up behind bars, take advantage.

Get some pest control for mites and thrips. Use preventively during veg.

Almost looks like thrips but may be aphids

Those are some kind of fly or gnat. Maybe large fungus gnats
