rain water can ruin my buds????

hi can the rain ruin the trichomes on my buds ??? fifteen days to harvest … I noticed that after the rain of the trichomes only the stem of the “mushroom” remains, the “head” is gone …

I mean yeah. Outdoor is sort of known for having the sugar missing a lot of the time. Rain does rinse some off. But not like a crazy amount.

I guess it depends on how hard it rains. The water won’t dissolve the trichomes but hard enough water pressure can. I just checked all of my plants for trichomes development and didn’t notice the light rain did any damage.

If it's cold out and rains hard enough yeah it can knock a lot of crystal off. A light mild rain isn't usually a big deal. Most of the resin is trapped inside the bud, not just on the exterior of it.

They’ll be fine. My outside plants have been pounded. Worry about bud rot from rain, not the trichomes.
