Hey guy me again wat r your thoughts on super cropping I don't someinteresting videos that seem to have got some really good results from supercropping seems like a really simple and easy way to manipulate your planets to grow the way you want...

I crush stems all the time, through most of the stretch.

For plants that are too vertical, you can crush a stem, lay it on its side (and wire it that way or it might straighten back up) and all the growing points along that stem will have better exposure to your lights.

You don't have to wire them down, though. It promotes branching below it, reduces vertical growth on the top above the stem crush and strengthens the stem at the same time.
