Recommendation on when to transfer.

I planted some seedlings on thanksgiving and i was wondering when would be a good time to move them to a bigger pot? Right now i got them in some styrofoam cups and I would say that they are about 5-6 inches tall and the leaves that pop up from the inital four are just now seperating and popping up.

Should i leave them in the cups to grow for a little while longer or re-pot them into a bigger living area?

I always wait till they are a little root bound and dry before popping them out of the cups. Dont want to shock them too much so hit them with a little b vitamins and they should do well. Good luck!!
