Rock wool Runoff coming out way higher than what watered at???

So I’ve been very confused to why my runoff is coming out a whole point higher than WhT im watering at, this can’t be normal right? Im using rock wool and water at 5.7 and the runoff comes out at 6.7 and yes I pre soaked at 5.5.

water with large runoff until the drain measure the same as your feed, same PH same EC
