thats not a sacrifice brotha you should rewater your medium 30 mins to an hour after initial watering due to the fact that the roots make airways for the water to funnel thrue so by waiting 30-60 mins after the first watering you pretty much insure that your medium will be fully soaked as opposed to running a good chance of having dry spots this is a method that was taught to me around 96
i hit them light 1st time then soak 30 min later till i have 20% run off i feel what your saying but what i was refering to is i have to water the air pots three times for a complete soak just sux for me i have a broken back
oh i mis understood what you ment brotha i thought you ment in general also i hope your back feels better all the best vibes and karma to you and your garden

Those are some TREES. It looks like the main stems are the size of a pop can! cool stuff man. would really like to hear the dry weights of these babies when that time comes. thanks for the pics norcal. do you expect popcorn from the bottom? seems like the lights are too high to get any buds at all down there. very nice setup you got man.
ok now my room is alive so ill keep the pics rolling these bitches have blown up. my room is 9x11 and i have a goat trail in there to get to my mother room, 5 of the 14 in here have reached the 6' mark, and to answer the last post i wont have popcorn buds as i have lolipoped them. more to come.
Nice photos! You've definitely got some monsters on your hands. It's funny how we tie 'em down, then stake 'em up, then bend 'em over again... whatever works! Hopefully you don't see a mile of stretch here- lol. Looking forward to watching this run; you should definitely get a huge yield. Peace
hardcore training.....lmao, all the ones that have hit 6' i pinched and bent over. i know everyone has mixed oppinions on bending in flower but i have never had any backlashes from it, my headband mango and grapestomper have streched the most but all the nodes are fairly tight and im impressed at how fast they are growing, i am stoked cant wait to see when they hit their swell
I've been flowering a MI.L.F. and let me tell you she is monstrous. I flowered her due to an accident, where a light fell and broke of a 1/4 of her main stem. Accidental topping, has led me to train her, she is now a big lateral bush. Yields look promising from this older lady, she was vegging 6 months before flower induction.
