Rust fungus? Calcium deficiency? Something else? Please help!

Hey all, new here. In about week 15 of a Sour Amnesia grow and seeing lots of yellow spots. Is this rust fungus? I've also seen similar photos related to calcium deficiency. Any ideas? What can I do about it??

Looks like a lockout… for bow back the light way up.

What media, nutrients, ph, ppm, air temps, humidity, pot size and watering practices?
