New grower and was wondering if it is possible to salvage flower that has just been hanging. I didn't get a chance to cure it before it was too late. I am wondering if I would be abe to make a concentrate or something...?

Crumble some up fine in one of these coffee baskets then shake the trichomes out over parchment paper

How long was it drying for? You could reintroduce moisture if it is not too far gone.

Dry sift isn’t a bad idea if it’s very dry.

It has just been hanging under the stairs for like 2 months. We keep forgetting them and care for our other plants. But we will try the dry sift thing if it's possible.

If it’s dry af and turning to dust throw some humidity packs in a sealed bag or jar and they will become soft again. They won’t smoke that great but you will still get high.
