Same plant different bud maturation?

Checking one of my plants yesterday, I saw 2 branches where the leaves around the bud were twisting and appeared dry. The branches are on the lower 1/2 of plant. Have the buds ripened sooner than the others or is something else going on? The bottom photo is what the rest of the plant looks like.

It looks like the top two pics show bud rot in your buds and they should be cut off carefully so the spores don’t drop onto lower buds and discard away from your plants. Bud rot spreads very quickly (within a few days) to other normal buds. The bottom pic shows a healthy bud for now. The tell tale sign of bud rot is the wilted leaflets. If the wilted leaf pulls out easily it’s definitely bud rot. BR happens to the best growers. It’s not necessarily something you failed to prevent. It’s insidious! Good luck.

Pull on the leaves around the bud..if its bud rot the leaves will remove easily
