I’ve got a live video feed now running, going to have to get a different set up for temp and Rh gauge monitoring but for now it’s pretty sweet to be able to check in and talk to the girls if I want to. Right now, light been on for an hour and only oscillating fans no EF yet, RH is 55 and temp 77

So humidity is kinda low for seedlings, 45, and a couple did this...after I spritzed they with water, at 9 am. Maybe too much water. I got a small humidifier and I’m trying to bring the RH up a little. I’ve got worm tea ready, should I mist with the tea when they need some water soon?

Three down, one came out upside down and I stuck it back in the right way but I doubt it will take. Two others shriveled up today, the tallest of them all is trying to hold on. Three others have spiky leaves coming but one of those three looks a little sad, turned down towards the ground. We’ll see how the night goes for 6 hours darkness. All the soil in the pots is bone dry, the jiffy’s were pretty damp, maybe too moist and that’s my problem with the others. Or too late on getting them to light. The three I’ve got my fingers crossed on are still damp jiffy but should be ready for either water or tea, any thoughts? I always start the soil with it being moist but since the jiffy’s are still not dried out, I was worried about too much moisture so I left the soil bag dry figuring it would help dry out the jiffy’s but I’m worried the tap root will hit the new soil and just sizzle dry.

Try just watering just the edge of the pots, not the jiffy Pete, the Pete moss is acidic and holds water like crazy, can spray around the edge with your spray bottle like 10 or 15 times till you see it start to see it soak down into the dirt, don’t water the Pete anymore. For more humidity spray the area around them or hang a wet towel to dry.

Ok, I’ll do edge water. The spritz of tea last night helped I believe. This is as of 8:15 am today. I got a cute elephant humidifier that’s cool and works great at least for while they are babies.

@stp, some of those pictures where the little seedlings look like they are shriveling up they are not, it is the interior coating of the seed shell stuck on the cotyledon of the plant. You need to gently remove that sheathing or the plants will stay stuck together and they will not grow.

yeah, I got one of them off but the other died. It's ok, they are all bag seeds and I really did not think I would end up with more than three. I have been very lightly squirt bottling water around the edges yesterday was to bag fresh and dry soil, and tonight I did it again. In between I dropper applied about 1/4 cup or less of tea for the second time, mostly random drops around outer edges and on the plant a couple drops. Happy Frog I was not going to nute until a few weeks in. Was going to think about CAL MAG I have from Roots organics, should I just treat my water now with that stuff or do you only add it each time when you are watering? I know the Cal/Mag will be low in the RO water so I am looking to avoid any issues.

Struggling to get the BNLink timers to run correctly. I’ve set them for 6am on and 12 am off. Each day right around 7, everything goes off. Ive got two timers, same outlet but on two different surge protectors. One runs the lights and the other runs fan for lights and the humidifier now. I’ve reset the timers, it’s not like they are rocket science. May have to go analog. I’m confused I guess, this is gonna fuck my shit up

I was messing with one as well, it needed to be reset then programmed, Idk if it’s the same one though. Also the way the on auto off button works was confusing. I ended up going analog.

They are all the same...just different labels. Hydro farm, BNLink, just one of fifty from the same factory but like ketchup, tweak this and put that label...i swear I’m doing it all right, tonight I went back and reset the light one, pushed the week button to get the day right, set the time, set program 1 on and off, set program 2 on and off (for 12/12 later) and then made sure the cycle was on and auto on the screen...it usually works till 12 am then shuts off and comes back on at 6 am fine. It’s around 7pm at night when It randomly shuts off.

Yesterday I turned up the power on the lights a little bit and just now I dropped them all to 26-27” over tops. The lights are probably at 40% power. Lights have been hanging at 47 inches for the past few days. Only 45 minutes left of light. I’m staying up to see how the timers go. I squirt bottle watered the outside edges as they were bone dry. I gave each one 15 squirts of water only. Not much water in centers, if any really. They don’t look dry.

This morning. Not sure if timers will work but I’ll know later tonight. Turned light power up a little a few days ago, lowered lights last night. Waiting till after turkey day to go full power with lights. More power means more heat and more noise and family are coming over Thursday. Still one wimpy one. Only water out of spray bottle, no real watering or nutrients.

Ran the room a little hotter with the door closed today, these gauges are wacky, none of them agree. AC fan or the two Accu-rite models. Wondering about watering more than just squirt bottle? No need yet? One of these is looking tall, I plan on cranking lights up to about 75 % right now and full by tomrrow. Hope this keeps the sky chasers a little less willing? Lights are about 24-25 inches away. When I first set up the exhaust, I was just running it out one of the 6” side vents and with minimal bends it fed through a silencer and it seemed like it was going to suck plants out when it was on 5, but since I changed it to vent out the top 10” hole using 6” insulated flex duct, with about 6 more feet and two more turns, the suction is noticeably reduced compared to the first set up’s flow. Do you think my tent is too sucked in at this fan rate?
