Save flowering plant

Hi guys, my northern light autoflower is at week 11 and it's nowhere near done, the plant was stunted at week 3 when I snapped it in half, is there any way to slow down the dying process?
Am feeding Flora trio series
3ml - micro
6ml - bloom
2ml calmag

Is it coco that diry looks very dry may be water more ,.If it's coco going that dry often will cause salt build up and all.sorts problems

Burnt tips a bit looks like , if it's coco you need to water to run off, going that dry will cause the feed in the pot to get to high, is it coco lol?

looks like coco. also not sure about that bud structure kind of looks like its pretty stressed and airy,
