Screen height for large pots

I am going to do my first scrog in 1mx1mx2m tent i have always grew large plants in 35 litre pots vegged for 6-7 week under a 600w hps and was wondering about screen height i have searched forums looking for answers but it seems most people do smaller plants would 1m from the floor be a good enough height

It’s all personal preference. Doing a scrog right before you make the flip is preferable. Put the trellis up where the tops of the nodes are then do more veg until it’s just passed the trellis height then flip.
