Total newb here.
On the hunt for something, anything, to help with severe insomnia. Did the psych doc dog and pony show, sleep doc used benzos for two years, but I have hit a roadblock. Sleep drugs are now hit and miss.
I believe I need an Indica strain but not one with a massively high percentage of THC. Right now I will settle for something that helps me fall asleep quicker and I can supplement staying asleep. I would love to find the perfect trifecta of falling asleep faster, staying asleep, and being able to go back to sleep when awoken. I am in no rush and most nights I have time to search and research. Anything that can help me reduce, or completely eliminate, benzos is worth trying and failing.
I live in a deep red state so outdoor grow is not going to happen. I have about 300 sq/ft in the basement that is framed and has 15amps of power. I already have two LED 2x4' T8 six bay light fixtures that put out 12,000 lumens each. I need to hunt down the bulb stats to find the umol or PAR value.
Back to reading and making notes,
Cheers
