Second grow need some help

How’s it going, this is only my second grow and still not sure when things are ready. Can someone give me a little help?

You have a range of doneness there. How much more time can you run them before it gets too cold? Blue dream looks about 2 weeks out and gorilla is a lot longer.

I’m In so cal the low for the next week 55 degrees. The gorilla is a different story it started as a auto but didn’t do anything for the first 4 months. Then got new growth and started flowering.
