Seeding a plant grown from feminizes seed?

Hi all,novice grower here. Wondering firstly are plants grown from feminised seeds sterile? If not has anybody grown from a feminised seed and cross pollinated with bush? And how were your results? Looking to try this with gg4 if it's possible

You can find a regular male and polinage it but you will get regular seeds or you can reverse your female and make feminised seeds. You can even polinate the same plant but some genetics are gonna get lost from inbreeding

Oh wow interesting. How is it possible to reverse a female plant? That sounds like the better option.
