Seeds for less?

Tried buying some seeds from Europe because of the cost variance. But found out through some forms that due to flu, the shipments are sometimes delayed up to 3 to 4 months. Does anyone know if this is true of Canada to the US? Thanks

Of course I just found out that Canada is every bit as expensive as the US. LOL. Thanks though for the heads up
