I was trying to sex my plant, and manhandled it a bit too much and think I ripped one of its pre flowers/pollen sacs (I cant quite tell yet) and I was wondering if I sould just leave it alone and it'll be ok or if I need to keep a closer eye on it now?

Plant should be ok, picture to see damage tho please in case worse than sounds
