Short Bushy Gelato 55% Indica, 45% Sativa, 5 Weeks Old

One of my Gelato photo feminized plants is into week 5 and is short, bushy, compact, compared to the other one. I can't get in to top it. It reminds me of spinach. Is this just luck of the draw genetics?
