Should depleted soil be fed the same nutrients as for coco coir or regular soil

Ive got GHE flora nutrients, the flora gro, flora micro and flora bloom that have different feeding suggestions for soil grows and for coco grows, is that only for the extra nutrients in the soil and should i give plants growing in used soil that does not have nutrients in it the feeding recommended for coco coir or for soil
