Should I harvest or just see what happens? First grow

These poor girls have had a hard life. It has been about 7-8 weeks since I flipped to 12/12. One had lime colored leaves most of the time. I started out trying organic but switched to bottles right after flower. Should I go ahead and harvest and cut my losses? Buds haven’t done much in the past week.

Tried to get some close ups. Not very good but the best I can do

I'd give just water for another week. Maybe they will swell up a bit and finish.

Forgot to add that the lime green one smells a bit like grass and hay. The other one smells fine.

Also, add some perlite to your soil next time, it will help with drainage and mitigate overwatering.

That was on my list of things that went wrong. I’ve had watering problems the whole time. That’s probably been the cause of most of my issues.

Examine the roots of the lime green one after chop. Compare to the roots of the better plant.

Update. Not looking good up top. This is my first grow. Is this bud rot?
