Slight yellowing and discoloration veg

Can anyone help me determine what the issue is with 3 of my girls?
I can’t figure out why they keep turning yellow and start dieing off! The bottom leaves are starting to fall off and die while the other 2 of them look fantastic.
What dose it look like?

Looks like you are watering improperly. You should saturate the entire pot when watering and wait until it is completely dry before watering again.
