Some type of bug

I have noticed 1 or 2 of these now in the last week and a half. We have well over 100 houseplants in our house. In 25 years we cant remember eer seeing a bug around them. My girls have their own nice little area in a totally different section of the house so I know they have to be from my grow. Any idea what it may be or if its a problem?

Not sure what bug that is but I wouldn't worry about the things you can see without magnification ( as long as it isn't a thrip ) . The white speckles on the leave say mites. And those you can't see at this perspective. Turn the leaf over and use at least 100x.

Perhaps this guy just likes to eat mites.
