I just have some crap towels for my tent and grab a clean one. I water slowly though so it not a huge issue.

I use a little rechargeable milwaukee wet/dry vac. It's a great tool for the grow room and makes short work of run off. Hangs on the wall when not in use

How does one butt chug it? I'm making a big ass mess every time I water.

I use the Floraflex system for runoff. I have been told by some growers that are way smarter than me that letting your plants sit in runoff is a bad idea. Anyway, here are some pics of my runoff system. The pump just sends the runoff into a bucket outside the tent. All my outdoor plants get some real nice nutrients regularly. HAHA.

Sounds like he's not getting much run off and letting the plants absorb the excess back in from the trays.

You shouldn't be getting that big of a mess unless you're watering too fast or have some hydrophobic soil and it's just running strait through. Try watering slowly, a sprayer really helps with this

I'm ghetto right now. I seen nice water cans but I need other shit more. I atache this to a gallon and squeeze. Works for now. I just recently up potted. The 3 gal pots barely leaked. These 5 gal leak a whole lot more

Maybe look into something like these. They're fairly cheap on amazon, I use em for my mama plants, keeps watery mess at bay

Fabric pots, let the run off sit for 20 to 30 mins after watering and then clean up with a clean towel what is left. You will get crazy roots at the bottom like a hard chunk. Some people bottom water exclusively, I just let them drink what they want
